Dr. James Wilson O.D. FAAO

Dr. James Wilson was born and raised in Indiana. He received his Bachelors degree and degree in Optometry from Indiana University.

Dr. Wilson was an adjunct clinical professor for clinical care at Indiana University School of Optometry. He is a member of the Indiana Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. He has been a clinical investigator for the FDA for several contact lens manufacturers.Dr.Wilson joined the Lanter Eyecare practice in the summer of 1995.

Dr. James Wilson specializes in dry eye treatments and contact lens fitting and care.He sees patients of all ages for their annual eye examinations and treatment of ocular conditions.

Dr. Wilson has been married for 35 years.He and his wife Sharon have one son.His son and daughter-in-law have given him and Sharon a fabulously attractive Granddaughter, who is now 4!He enjoys playing with his Granddaughter, bicycling, listening to music, and watching movies.
